Kvartal is an isometric game about a collapsed microrayon. Rubles are earned in the world by doing jobs and only spend there — food, tobacco, the things quests need.
Outfits are the only tradeable collection. They are cosmetic on purpose: a paid skin never out-guns a free player, so the people who make the status worth having stay. Each one has a hard supply cap between 3 and 15, and a price that walks up a curve as copies go out — and back down it when they come back.
